Rates

Initial consultations are one hour at $150, one hour sessions are $120, and 45 minute sessions are $100. Also, special rates are available for those clients that would like 3-5 session coaching packages. During your free initial 20 minute exploration session, we will be able to discuss what therapy services or coaching packages meet your individual needs. I am also available for therapy or coaching sessions online, through HIPPA compliant video services, described in the Online Counseling and Coaching section.

Insurance

Insurance is not accepted at this business at this time. However, I offer itemized “super bills”, which are available for clients that utilize their insurance for out-of-network reimbursements or health insurance reimbursement plans. I also offer “Reimbursify” for my clients, so that they can receive their out-of-network reimbursements more expediently. I also accept HSA cards (please check the expectations and rules of your plan).

Payment Accepted at Time of Service

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment, as well as PayPal, which has a direct link on this site. Clients are not required to have a PayPal account for this service. I also offer online payment through my “Simple Practice” website.

Cancellation Policy

I would appreciate being notified at least 48 hours in advance, unless there are unforeseen circumstances such as accident or illness, there will be a minimum fee of $50.00. No show appointments are charged at the full appointment rate.
